How Bicycle Servicing Works

Every service begins with an initial inquiry and bicycle intake. Once the bike is in the workshop, we carry out a mechanical inspection to assess the condition of the brakes, gears, drivetrain, tyres, and other key parts before any work moves forward.

After the inspection, we explain the findings and agree on the scope of work. This helps separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance and keeps the next steps clear before parts are ordered or adjustments begin.

Clear checks, careful adjustments, and practical repairs for everyday riding.

Cycle Haven handles general bicycle servicing with a straightforward workshop process built around inspection, approval, repair, and final checking.

Our general servicing covers bicycle safety inspection, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Parts are ordered only after compatibility and price are confirmed, and availability can affect the schedule.

When the repair work is complete, each bicycle goes through a quality check and post-service function check. We then share a service summary at collection so you can see what was adjusted, repaired, or replaced during the visit.
